You can use a touch tone telephone at another location to change your Call Forward on your home or business phone.
How it works:
1)Lift the handset of any touch tone phone and listen for the dial tone.
2)Dial the Call Foward Access number provided in your area (962-4090 - Westport residents)(846-6690 - Chazy Residents)
3)After the line Rings, listen for the special dial tone.
4)Dial your seven digit home or business phone number that has Call Foward.
5)Dial you personal identification number (5 digit pin).
6)Listen for special dial tone. You are now ready to change your call foward.
7)Proceed with one of the three Call Forward functions:
Call Foward, Call Foward Busy, Call Forward No Answer
